Financial Aid Deadlines
Funds Disbursements (credit to student accounts):
- First Fall Disbursement Date: 09/24/26.
After Thursday 09/24/26, Fall disbursements are scheduled to run weekly on Thursdays through 12/10/26. - First Spring Disbursement Date: 02/18/27.
After Thursday 02/18/27, Spring disbursements are scheduled to run weekly on Thursdays through 5/13/27.
SAP Appeal Deadline:
- For Associate Degree students:
- Fall 2026 Semester: 09/30/26
- Spring 2027 Semester: 11/30/26
- Summer 2027 Semester: 4/30/27
- For Certificate Degree students:
- Fall 2026 Semester: 11/30/26
- Spring 2027 Semester: 4/30/27
- Summer 2027 Semester: 7/30/27
Loan Certification Deadline:
All required loan steps must be completed by the following deadlines:
- Fall 2026: 12/04/2026
- Spring 2027: 4/30/2027
- Summer 2027: 8/06/2027
Book Voucher Dates:
Book vouchers are processed automatically for eligible students, based on offered funds if there is remaining aid after the bill is paid.
- Fall 2026: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Monday, 8/24/26 until Friday, 9/18/26. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 9/15/26.
- Spring 2027: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Tuesday, 1/19/27 until Friday, 2/12/27. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 2/9/27.
- Summer 2027: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Monday, 5/24/27 until Friday, 6/4/27. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 6/1/27.
